Arolyn Burns is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over 25 years of experience helping clients heal, grow, and reclaim their lives. She has dedicated her career to walking alongside people through some of life's most difficult moments with warmth, insight, and evidence-based care.
Arolyn specializes in anxiety treatment, drawing on EMDR, hypnotherapy, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients quiet racing thoughts, calm panic, and rebuild a sense of safety in their own bodies.
